Meeting Reflection

Meetings are the central pivot for any plan discussion and debates about whether it’s a good idea or a bad one for the meeting to go well there is a few things you need to do in order to make the outcome a good or a bad meeting like:-

·        - Hearing out what everyone has to say

·         -Taking notes of points so you can come back to discussing it

·         -Directing the flow of the meeting in an easy and smooth way

Last week me and my colleagues had a meeting about online and blended classes in hct and whether we should enrol it in admc or not the meeting started with jaber as the chairman ,sultan the minute taker and I was a member of the meeting, setting the subject of our meeting and what the benefits would be and what type of research we should do in order to make our online and blended classes the best we can offer for the students.

In the practice meeting we prepared our subject before and each of us knew what he was going to say while in the graded meeting we had to brainstorm and think of solutions on the spot so it was more challenging than the practice meeting.

For future meetings in my company or workplace I will plan my subject of the meeting beforehand and make a slideshow so that the members could get an easier and more simplified explanation of the meeting and what are we supposed to discuss.
